It prevents clutter ans a stress free environment when designing for the designer. As a designer working feverishly on a product, the least of the designer worries should be looking for information through the piles of work he/she assembled. In addition, a well managed workspace speaks volumes of the designer as it shows he/she is organised and knows exactly what he/she wants to be in control of. Also a manged workspace allows for flexibility and productivity for the designer, it demonstrates strong management skills and the ability to multi-task while maintaining organization. Such skills and traits are associated with inidviduals who more than likely have an idea to the path they want to construct or follow and can be used as a stepping stone to becoming a great designer.
