What do you find different with digital illustration from drawing by hand? (620054610)

What I find different about digital illustration from drawing with hand is that with digital illustration you are able to expand on your creativity. Yes, drawing with hand can sometimes be more artistic and it speaks in ways the digital cannot but with the vast amount of tools that are within ones reach when designing using illustrator is mind boggling. Personally for me, I would more associate drawing with mere sketches where a draft of the actual design piece is done and illustrator would be the end product. In addition, what else I find different with digital illustration from drawing with hand is that using illustrator or any other design software, an individual has more free roam to develop their design even further than it already is for example, adobe illustrator caters more to cartoon like graphics and can even be pushed to the realm of realism. Unlike drawing with hand, where the individual is stifled by mere pen, paper, and eraser.
