Why Use Adobe Illustrator over other Adobe software

Each Adobe product is built to satisfy a particular objective, and therefore each has its own strengths. However Adobe Illustrator was built with persons that want to create their own original art pieces in mind. Unlike, for example Adobe Photoshop, it comes with specific and more advanced tools to make this creative process much easier than any other software would. It allows more ideas to flow, as artists have everything they need at their disposal in this one package.

Adobe Illustrator being vector based makes it easier to manipulate and edit your images. Another major advantage is that the quality of vector based images it is able to create remains true, so no matter how big or small you make the image, it will not become distorted or pixelated.

You are also able to vectorize images using the live trace tool, allowing a graphic designer to manipulate an image with much more accuracy.
