MDIA 1002 Mona: Why use the pen tool over the line, shapes, paintbrush and pencil tools?

Blog No. 2 - Why use the pen tool over the line, shapes, paintbrush, and pencil tools?

Why use the pen tool over the line, shape, paintbrush and pencil tool you ask. If the answer to that question eludes  you, then it is painfully obvious that you have either, 1, never used the pen tool before, or 2, did not give it the proper amount of time/practise needed to learn how to use the pen tool to benefit from its superb functionality.

Quite simply,  nested in the pen tool is the ability to create almost anything that your imagination will think up.  It can be used on its own to create lines, shapes, and almost everything else you need once you can figure out how to accomplish this.

Not only though does it have this superb functionality, it is very  easy to use for a beginner just messing around  but also proficient with advanced features needed by a professional that wants precision in his/her work.

This  combination of almost limitless creating ability, functionality, ease of use, and advanced precision, makes the pen tool irreplaceable compared to any other tool found in illustrator.... or even any art program ever created probably.

Its really just obvious once you have used it... this question really shouldnt be asked.... like.... it really shouldnt.

:)
Have a good day!
